XXIX EVQFM-EB registration

The registration procedure, limited in number (120 places), will be as follows:

1. Completion of the complete registration form;

2. Payment of the registration fee;

3. Send payment receipt through the following link;

3. After carrying out these procedures, an e-mail will be sent to the registrant with the registration confirmation.

Notes:

Enrollment entitles you to the entire XXIX EVQFM-EB schedule, as long as there is no time overlap between the scheduled activities.

• Entries will not be accepted during the event. Make your registration until 11/30/2022.
• The official language of XXIX EVQFM-EB will be Portuguese, although some lectures may take place in English (see schedule)
• Certificate of participation in XXIX EVQFM-EB will be issued and sent via email to the participant who obtained ≥ 75% participation in the School's events (table -round, lectures, closing and opening).
• The certificate of participation in the XXIX EVQFM-EB mini-courses will be issued and sent via email to the participant who obtained ≥ 75% attendance.
